Педагог. До переезда в Кишинёв училась в немировской прогимназии. В 1884 году привлекалась к дознанию по делу о кишинёвском революционном кружке; ввиду политической неблагонадёжности ей была воспрещена педагогическая деятельность и поступление на высшие женские курсы. Некоторое время после рев-ии работала в Главном управлении социального воспитания и политехнического образования детей (Главсоцвос) наркомата просвещения РСФСР.
