Окончила экономический факультет Института народного хозяйства (1929). В 1929 арестована за принадлежность к "троцкистской" оппозиции, приговорена к 3 годам ссылки в Красноярский край. В 1936 г. опять арестована и ОСО НКВД приговорена к 5 годам ИТЛ, сидит на Колыме. В 1949 - третий арест и приговр ОСО при МГБ к вечному поселению в Сибирь. В 1956 реабилитирована. В 1991 эмигрировала в США. Умерла в Нью-Йорке. Похоронена на Новодевичьем кладбище в Москве.
