Раввин, потомок царя Давида. Надпись на его могиле гласит: היה נקרא בשמו ר׳ יהודא ליוואי ד,ןק ועל לוח אבן מצבתו חרות בזה הלשון. מוהר״ר יהודא ליוואי וזאת ליהודה. לתורת ולתעודח . חכם הרזים , עוקר תרים וארזים. בקי בש״ס התלמוד. ולא נמצא כמותו בכל חעולם בחריפות ובקיאות . ובזכרון. ישי. ושאר p והוא מנזע חנאונים חמיוחסים לאדונינו דוד התוארים הכתובים עליו לא רציתי להעתיק . ונתבקש בישיבה של מעלת שנת חמשת אלפים ומאתים ליצירה . ועד היום המצבה הנ״ל נק״ק פראג בבח״ח *).
