Эмиль стал инженером-строи- телем, в свои 81 год был неизменно деятелен, бодр и оптимистичен, полон творческих замыслов, изобретал новые методы строительс- тва – специально для Средней Азии, написал об этом некое посо- бие, но издать его не успел.
