Польская писательница, пишущая о катастрофе, химик. Дневник Янины, повествующий об окупации Львова нацистами был опубликован в Польше, на польском языке в 1946 году и недавно, в 2013 году, вышел на Украине, на украинском языке под названием "Глазами 12-летней девочки". Спаслась во время войны бегством в Краков. В 1950 совершила алию в Израиль, учила химию в Технионе, затем в Институте Вайцмана, автор научных публикаций. Живёт с мужем в Хайфе.
