Портной. Семья Смушкевичей во главе с Вольфом добралась из Литвы в качестве беженцев в Первую Мировую войну (или выселенных как евреев, из приграничной полосы) в Вологду. Потом вернулась в Ракишки, а в Вильнюсском архиве теперь хранится "Дело следователя о побеге из армии новобранца Смушкевича"
