Раввин, совершил алию через несколько лет после отца был писцом и габбаем ашкеназской общины Иерусалима. Несколько лет, начиная с 1754 числился среди учеников дамасской иешивы Элиезер. В 1774-1776 собирал деньги для иерусалимской общины в восточной Европе. Вернувшись, скоро скончался.
