Окончила в Москве Бестужевские курсы. Преподаватель, переводчик. филолог. Среднее образование получила в Гомеле (1907). Высшее—на историко-филологическом ф-те ВЖБК (1912). Участница Дантовского семинария Гревса (1911), который вспоминал о ней: «держалась обособленно, но всем интересовалась. Она деятельно участвовала в семинариях и известна была как отличная чтица стихотворных латинских текстов» (Л. 6 об.). В 1950-е преподавала немецкий язык в вузах.
