Yechiel son of Sara Hecht arrives to Israel

In 1920 parents decide to send Yechiel Hecht (the son of Sara Hecht, sister of Yechiel Hordas) from Bobruisk to Israel. Yechiel becomes one of the first founders of the kibbutz Degania Bet. His brother Shimon joins him 3-4 years later. Brothers were prominent members of the kibbutz. When Shimon died the kibbutz issued a book in his memory.
